鶏の骨＠成田市

【焼きラーメン(スープ付き)】

ソースではなく鶏白湯スープと醤油ダレを使い、アーリオオーリオ(ニンニク油)で仕上げたとありますヽ(^o^)丿


鉄板に乗って出てくるので文字通りアツアツ

部分的に「おこげ」になっているので食感の違いを楽しんでとのこと(*_*;

個人的に思うことですが質の良い「極太麺」で焼きそばを作るとひっくり返るくらい美味しいです

またアーリオオーネオを使ったことでかなり独特な味わいになっています(^^)/
ついでにあっさりとした野菜スープが付きすが、食べた後ではよく分からないので最初に一口、味見してみて(笑)

久しぶりに行ってきました

国道１６号と環状１号の交差点付近にある【光家】です

【ﾗｰﾒﾝ並＋海苔】で６５０円と良心的価格(*^^)v
カチコチのゆで卵がサービス(-。-)y-゜゜゜


ここの家系は吉村家系と違い、あっさりしつつもコッテリを残しつつ…
のような濃いめでコテコテの家系が苦手な方でも美味しく召し上がれるﾗｰﾒﾝかと(^^)

麺はコシのある太麺で喉越しも悪くないヽ(^o^)丿


ちなみに常連になると「いつもの！」という一言でオーダーができます（＾◇＾）
